Responsible AI principles

Plannerr's assistant is a support tool that helps businesses serve their customers. These principles guide how we design it and how we expect it to be used.
1. Transparency
We recommend that businesses inform their customers that they may be served by an AI assistant.
2. Human oversight
The business can review conversations and reply personally at any time from its phone or the dashboard.
3. Limited scope
The assistant is limited to information about the business's services, availability and appointments. It does not provide diagnoses or medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not make significant decisions about people.
4. Prohibited uses
The assistant may not be used for fraud, spam, manipulation, discrimination, impersonation, or any activity that is illegal or contrary to Meta policies.
5. Data protection
We do not use conversations or data from businesses or their customers to train AI models.
6. Evaluation and continuous improvement
We continuously evaluate and improve the assistant. If you notice an inappropriate reply, report it to support@3alphaia.com.
