Data deletion instructions

1. Email legal@3alphaia.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the WhatsApp number you used and the name of the business.
3. State that you are requesting deletion of your data.

You can also ask the business directly; we will carry out the deletion on its instruction. This deletes your conversations, customer profile and appointments in Plannerr. It does not affect messages kept on your own phone or data that WhatsApp or the business keep outside Plannerr.

1. Disconnect WhatsApp in the Plannerr dashboard under Integrations → WhatsApp.
2. If you use the WhatsApp Business app (coexistence), also unlink Plannerr in the app: Settings → Account → Business Platform.
3. To delete the account and all business data, email legal@3alphaia.com from the account email with the subject "Delete account".

We will delete the account, business configuration, Meta access tokens, conversations, customers and related appointments.

You can remove Plannerr's access in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Plannerr → Remove. Then email us as described above so we delete any data we already received.

• We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your data.
• We delete the data within 30 days of verification and send you a confirmation with a reference number.
• Backups are overwritten within 30 additional days.
